How Our Passenger Flight Process Works
We prioritize a frictionless experience from the moment you book until you step off the helipad at your destination. Here is what to expect when flying with us.
01
Itinerary Planning & Booking
The experience begins with a seamless booking process. Our flight operations team works closely with you, your trekking agency, or your hotel to finalize the optimal route, schedule, and aircraft requirements based on your group size and destination.
02
Check-In & Safety Briefing
Upon arrival at the airport or designated helipad, our ground staff will assist with your luggage. Because high-altitude flying requires strict weight management, all passengers and bags are weighed. You will then receive a comprehensive safety briefing before being escorted to the aircraft.
03
Boarding & The Panoramic Flight
Once strapped in, you will experience the thrill of lifting off into the Himalayas. Our helicopters feature expansive windows and comfortable seating, ensuring every passenger has an unobstructed, panoramic view of the world’s highest peaks, deep valleys, and remote villages.
04
Smooth Touchdown & Disembarkation
—whether it is a high-altitude teahouse, a regional airport, or a luxury resort
—and our crew assists you in safely disembarking to continue your journey.
What We Need to Plan Your Flight
To ensure a safe flight and provide an exact charter quote, we need to calculate the total payload against the altitude of your destination. We require the following details:
Passenger Roster
The total number of people flying in your group.
Exact Weights
The individual body weight of every passenger and the exact weight of all luggage (soft duffel bags are highly recommended over hard-shell suitcases).
Flight Route
Your desired departure point and final destination.
Schedule
Your preferred date of travel. Please note that Himalayan flights are highly weather-dependent and are best scheduled for the early morning.
Special Requests
Any need for supplemental oxygen, VIP ground handling, or specific sightseeing detours along the way.
Ground Contacts
Information for the person or hotel receiving you at your destination, if applicable.
