6:30 AM – 7:00 AM: Hotel Pickup and Transfer to Domestic Terminal
Your Langtang adventure begins with a comfortable morning pickup from your hotel in Kathmandu. A private vehicle will transfer you to the domestic terminal at Tribhuvan International Airport. Our Basecamp Helicopter staff will assist you with the check-in procedures and airport formalities.
7:00 AM – 7:30 AM: Flight Preparation and Briefing
Upon reaching the helipad, your pilot will provide a comprehensive safety briefing and an overview of the scenic route ahead. As the helicopter powers up, get ready to leave the bustling city behind for the serene alpine wilderness.
7:30 AM – 8:00 AM: Helicopter Flight to Langtang Valley
The helicopter lifts off and immediately heads north toward the Tibetan border.
